New Site Design!
February 22, 2009 by: TomHey there, as I’m sure you’ve noticed, we’ve completely redesigned the site! All the old code was scrapped and this site was built up on top of WordPress. That means comments on everything!
Some of the new features:
- We’re hosting copies of all our games and movies right here on the site now, with links to the NG/AG pages if you want to vote or review there
- Almost all of our content can be commented on – let us know what you think about any of it!
- Fully searchable site without having to rely on Google
- Easily updatable and maintainable – more content more often!
So take a look around, and leave a comment here on any thoughts you have
One more thing – I’ve made the concious choice not to bring back the forum just yet. Once I find a forum solution to fit our needs, we might bring it back, but no promises!

Nice, nice. Although I had gotten used to the old layout, this one is a big improvement as far as the content goes!

Congratulations on the new site guys! It’s very nice looking and I can’t wait for new forums. I keep checking all the time for updates, especially updates about the forums.
Oh, and you guys inspired me to get a Bamboo Fun tablet. I think it was worth $150 for Photoshop and the Tablet 🙂

This is much more organized than the previous design.
Forums will be nice, but this comment system is very competent in its place…at least temporarily.

Jeremy, I’d recommend taking voice lessons. It’d be really difficult to learn a skill such as Voice Acting over the internet. It’s kind of a thing you either are born with, or just practice.
I’d say most of all, just practice. Try recording yourself doing different voices. Find a voice you can do well (Gender? Age? Stature (Muscular/Thin?) and work with that. Branch yourself out and just practice. Make a portfolio of your best work and give it to people looking for Voice Actors. Present yourself well and you might get heard.

He’s a popular voice actor who could probaly give you a lot of tips. If you can’t get him there (I PMed him about an SNES synth and got a reply in like a day) you could try contacting him at http://egoraptor.net The Super Flash Bros have used him in their movies a lot so you know he’s good 🙂
Also, It’s nice that you can host the movies and games on your site. I love the from Player to Playa video 🙂 Such a short yet awesome video. I’m sad that Decline of Video Gaming 3/2 isn’t still in the Top 50 though. It deserves it.
Once again, congratulations guys. Keeps improving your work and maybe one day we’ll see Decline 4 (Coming to a Theatre near you, March 5th 2059)
